Power of Attorney
There are a number of cases where clients cannot be present for the signing of deeds because they are out of the country for one reason or another. Due to the fact that we work extremely hard to earn our client’s trust we are often entrusted with power of attorney (Proxy) that allows one of our members to sign on the clients behalf. We take this service and your trust very seriously and maintain continuous contact with you throughout to ensure clear instruction on the deed that has to be signed.
