BOOKING. Once you have selected the property of your choice for your holiday (short term) rental, we will confirm that this property is available for the period you require, and we will also confirm the exact rate applicable for the particular duration.
DEPOSIT. Once all this is confirmed from both parties, a 25% deposit is to be paid, in order to secure the reservation.
SECURITY DEPOSIT.In most cases a security deposit is held by us, to cover any damages or outstanding bills (where applicable). This is either held in cash, or via credit card and immediately refunded once property is checked by us and found to be in good condition
BALANCE OF PAYMENT. The balance of the payment is usually settled 4 weeks prior to arrival or in some cases before entering the property.
Payments can be made directly to our offices, by bank transfer or even via credit card (a 2% card charge applies when payment is being effected by credit card).
ARRIVAL ARRANGEMENTS. Prior to arrival, we will discuss arrival arrangements, since these vary according to each property and time of arrival. Our company can also organise taxi transfers from the airport to the property, and where this is done, in most cases property keys are handed over directly to the client by our drivers.
SPECIFIC REQUIREMTENTS. Food packs can also be provided where required and clients are urged to let us know if they have any specific requirements or arrangements they need organised for the particular property. Wherever this can be organised, we can assure you that we will do our best to provide it.
CLEANLINESS. Clients are requested to treat the property as their own or better and to leave it in the same condition as was found on their arrival
MAINTENANCE PROBLEMS. Where there are any problems with the property, clients are urged to notify us immediately, and we will ensure that the owners or property managers rectify the problems at once
BLOCK REGULATIONS. Most properties are governed by their own block or condominium regulations, and clients are urged to respect these rules
GARBAGE COLLECTION. This is left in specific spots at specific times, depending on the property and it’s respective garbage collection schedules. If this information is not available in the particular property, clients are urged to let us know, and we will inform you at once.
